The agreement

By using strongiptvv.com, requesting a free trial or buying a plan, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, refund policy and cancellation policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Plans are for personal, non-commercial use within a single household.

The service

Strong IPTV provides access to live channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet to compatible player apps. Content, channel line-ups, picture quality and features vary over time and by channel. We don’t guarantee that any particular channel, program or event will be available unless we have confirmed it to you in writing before purchase.

Your login

• Your login details are personal to your plan. Keep them confidential.
• Use them within your plan’s connection allowance and only within your household.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your details; we’ll reset them.
• Reselling or sharing logins is only allowed under a written reseller agreement with us.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply where you live. In particular, you agree not to:

• record, copy, rebroadcast, redistribute or publicly show content from the service;
• use the service in a bar, restaurant, gym, hotel or other commercial venue;
• try to bypass connection limits, security measures or access controls;
• use automated tools to access or overload our systems.

Plans, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on our price list and confirmed in writing before you pay. Each plan is a one-time payment for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), starting when your login is activated. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a plan you’ve already paid for.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Plans don’t renew automatically. You can stop at any time by simply not renewing; details are in our cancellation policy. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy.

Devices, apps and internet

You’re responsible for your own devices, player apps and internet connection, including any fees charged by app developers or your internet provider. We recommend apps that work well with our service, but we don’t make or control third-party apps, app stores or devices, and their availability can change.

Changes and interruptions

We work to keep the service available, but streaming depends on many systems outside our control. Planned maintenance, upstream source changes and network problems can cause interruptions. If a fault on our side causes a significant outage, contact us and we’ll put it right under our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The Strong IPTV name, logo and website content belong to us or our licensors. Content available through the service belongs to its respective owners. These terms don’t give you any ownership rights in either.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don’t allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Strong IPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms — for example by sharing or reselling a login. Where appropriate we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Strong IPTV is established. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; for significant changes we’ll let active customers know.
