Buying 9 questions

What is Strong IPTV?

Strong IPTV is a streaming TV subscription. Instead of a cable box or satellite dish, live channels, movies, series and sports reach your TV through your internet connection and a player app on a device you already own — a smart TV, Fire TV Stick, Android TV box, Apple TV, phone or computer. You choose a plan, we send your login details, and our support team helps you get set up.

How much does Strong IPTV cost?

There are four plans: 1 month for $17, 3 months for $33, 6 months for $44 and 12 months for $65. Every plan includes the same service — longer plans simply cost less per month, down to about $5.42 a month on the 12-month plan. See the full price list for details.

Which Strong IPTV plan is the best value?

The 12-month plan has the lowest monthly cost: $65 works out to about $5.42 a month, $139 less than paying $17 every month for a year. If you’re new to IPTV, the 1-month plan is a low-commitment way to try the full service first.

Is everything included on every plan?

Yes. The 1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans include exactly the same live channels, movies, series, sports and support. Only the length and the price change.

Are there any extra fees?

The price on the price list is the price of the plan. Some player apps charge their own optional fee to the app developer, and your internet provider’s charges still apply — we’ll mention anything relevant before you pay.

Can I move to a longer plan later?

Yes. Message us before your current plan ends and we’ll set up the plan you want, so there’s no gap in your viewing.

Is there a Strong IPTV free trial?

Yes. You can request a free trial on WhatsApp or by email and test the service on your own TV and internet connection before choosing a plan. The free trial page explains how to get the most out of it.

How long is the free trial?

We confirm the trial length when we send your trial login, so you know exactly when it ends before you start testing.

What happens when the trial ends?

It simply stops. Nothing renews and there’s nothing to cancel. If you liked it, message us to choose a plan and we’ll switch you over.

Payment & refunds 5 questions

How do I pay?

After you message us, we confirm your plan and total, then send secure payment options. You only pay once you’ve agreed the details. Our secure payment page explains the process and what we’ll never ask for.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. When it ends, you decide whether to renew — nothing is charged automatically and there is no recurring payment to cancel.

Is paying Strong IPTV secure?

We confirm every order in writing before you pay, and we never ask for your online banking password, card PIN or one-time security codes. If anyone asks for those claiming to be us, stop and contact us directly. The secure payment page has the full checklist.

How do refunds work?

If the service doesn’t work properly on your device and we can’t fix it, you can ask for a refund under our refund policy. Message us with your order details and what went wrong, and we’ll explain the next step.

How do I cancel?

Plans end on their own, so there’s no subscription to cancel. If you want to stop early, the cancellation policy explains what happens to the remaining time.

Devices & setup 7 questions

Which devices can I use?

Most modern streaming devices: Amazon Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows or Mac computers. You install a player app, then sign in with the details we send. The compatible devices guide covers each one.

Does Strong IPTV work on Roku?

Only in a limited way. Roku doesn’t offer dependable IPTV player apps, so we don’t recommend it as your main device. The simplest fix is an inexpensive Fire TV Stick or Google TV device plugged into the same TV. Screen mirroring from a phone can work as a stopgap on supported Roku models.

How long does installation take?

Usually 10–15 minutes on a TV or streaming stick and about 5 minutes on a phone. The slowest step is normally typing your login details with a remote.

Which player app should I use?

It depends on your device and login type. Tell us your device and we’ll recommend an app that works well with Strong IPTV, then walk you through installing it.

I entered my login details but nothing loads. What now?

Check for extra spaces — especially at the end of the server address — and make sure capital letters match exactly. Then restart the app. If it still won’t load, send us a photo of the screen.

What login details will I receive?

Depending on your player app, you’ll receive either a username, password and server address (often called an Xtream Codes login) or a playlist link (an M3U URL). Some apps activate with your device’s MAC address instead — we’ll tell you which applies.

What is a MAC address and where do I find it?

It’s a unique identifier for your device’s network connection. Apps that use MAC activation display it on their first screen; otherwise you’ll find it in your device’s network or About settings.

Watching 8 questions

What internet speed do I need?

For one stream, aim for a steady 10–15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K where it’s available. Add more if other people at home stream or game at the same time. A wired Ethernet connection to your TV or streaming device makes the biggest difference to stability.

Can I watch on more than one device?

You can install your player app on several devices. How many can stream at the same time depends on your plan’s connection allowance — tell us how many screens you want to use at once and we’ll confirm the options before you pay.

Does Strong IPTV include sports?

Yes. Sports channels and live events are part of every plan, alongside movies, series and live TV. Coverage changes from season to season, so if you’re subscribing for one particular sport or event, ask us about it first and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Can I see the full channel list before I subscribe?

Line-ups change often, so we don’t publish a static list that quickly goes out of date. Instead, ask us on WhatsApp or by email about the channels, languages or sports you care about and we’ll confirm what’s available right now.

Is there a TV guide (EPG)?

Most player apps show a program guide when the channel supplies guide data. If your guide is empty, refreshing the EPG inside the app usually fixes it — our support page shows how.

Can I pause or record live TV?

That depends on your player app and device rather than the subscription. Some apps offer pause, replay or recording features; we’ll tell you which apps support them on your device.

Are subtitles available?

Many titles include subtitles or extra audio tracks. Your player shows the options in its audio or subtitle menu during playback.

Does the 8K in your logo mean everything streams in 8K?

No. The 8K badge is part of the Strong IPTV logo, not a promise about every channel — very little is broadcast in 8K today. Most live channels are HD, with some 4K. Your TV, device and connection decide what you actually see.

Support & trust 6 questions

What are your support hours?

You can message us at any time on WhatsApp or by email, and we reply in the order messages arrive.

How quickly do you reply?

We reply as quickly as we can, in the order messages arrive. Including your device, app and a photo of the problem in your first message saves a lot of back-and-forth.

I don’t use WhatsApp. How else can I get help?

Email us at [email protected] or use the form on our contact page. You’ll get exactly the same help, just by email.

Is WhatsApp free to use from the US?

Yes. WhatsApp is a free app and messages travel over Wi-Fi or mobile data, so there are no international texting charges even though our number starts with +212.

Is Strong IPTV connected to services with similar names?

No. Several unrelated services use names like “Strong 8K” or “Strong 4K”. The Strong IPTV on this website sells only through strongiptvv.com, WhatsApp at +212 781 768 546 and [email protected]. If anyone contacts you from somewhere else claiming to be us, check with us before paying.

Is IPTV legal?

IPTV simply means delivering TV over an internet connection, and it’s a mainstream technology used by major TV providers. Like any service, it should be used in line with the laws where you live. If you have a question about a particular channel or how the service works where you are, ask us before you subscribe.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly. You’ll get a straight answer — including “no, that won’t work on your TV” when that’s the truth.
