Activation

How to activate your Strong IPTV subscription

Once your payment is confirmed, activation takes three things: the right login type for your player app, details typed exactly as sent, and a minute for channels and the guide to load. Here’s how to get it right first time.

What you’ll receive

Three ways a player app can sign in

You’ll get the login type that suits your app — we’ll tell you which one you have. Keep the details in a safe note; you’ll need them again if you add a device.

Username, password & server

Often called an “Xtream Codes” login. You type three things: a server address, your username and your password.

Used by: most dedicated IPTV players on Fire TV, Android, Apple and smart TVs.

Playlist link (M3U)

A single web address that contains your channel list. Some apps also accept a separate guide (EPG) link.

Used by: universal players and computer apps.

Device activation (MAC)

The app shows your device’s MAC address and sometimes a device key. You send us those, and we activate the app for you.

Used by: several smart TV apps that activate by device.

Step by step

Activate in four steps

  1. Payment confirmed

Once we’ve confirmed your payment, your account is set up for the plan you chose.

  2. Details arrive

Your login comes by WhatsApp or email, with setup notes for your device and app.

  3. Enter them in the app

Choose the login type that matches what we sent, then type each field exactly — the tips below help.

  4. Let it load

The first load can take a minute while channels, categories and the guide download. Then you’re watching.

Typing tips

Small details that prevent most activation errors

  1. No extra spaces. A stray space at the end of a server address is one of the most common causes of “login failed”.
  2. Capitals matter. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive; a lowercase “l” and a capital “I” look alike on some TVs.
  3. Keep the full address. Include http:// or https:// and any port number, such as :8080, exactly as sent.
  4. Use your phone as a keyboard. Most TV platforms have a remote app with a keyboard — far easier than an on-screen keypad.

Common messages and what they mean

Message Usually means Try this
Invalid login / authentication failed A typo or extra space Re-type all three fields slowly
Account expired The plan has reached its end date Message us to renew or check the date
Server not found / no connection Wrong server address or no internet Check http:// and the port; test another app
Playlist empty Link copied incompletely Paste the whole link again from our message
Device not activated MAC-based app not yet linked Send us the MAC address shown in the app

Keep your login to yourself

Your login is tied to your plan. Don’t post it in reviews, forums or social media, and don’t share it outside your household — extra people signing in can cause connection conflicts on your plan. If you think someone else has your details, message us and we’ll reset them.

Questions

Activation questions

Didn’t find your answer?

Ask us directly — you’ll get a straight answer before you spend anything.

What login details will I receive?

Depending on your player app, you’ll receive either a username, password and server address (often called an Xtream Codes login) or a playlist link (an M3U URL). Some apps activate with your device’s MAC address instead — we’ll tell you which applies.

What is a MAC address and where do I find it?

It’s a unique identifier for your device’s network connection. Apps that use MAC activation display it on their first screen; otherwise you’ll find it in your device’s network or About settings.

When is my subscription activated?

Activation starts once your payment is confirmed. We send your login details by WhatsApp or email together with setup steps for your device.

Can I move my login to another device later?

Yes — sign in on a different device whenever you like, within your plan’s connection allowance. If you switch to a MAC-based app, message us so we can update it.

Why does my app say “invalid login” or “account expired”?

Usually it’s a typo, an extra space, or a plan that has reached its end date. Double-check the details, then send us a screenshot and we’ll check your account.
