How it works

How channel line-ups work on IPTV

  1. Line-ups change over time. Channels are added, renamed and occasionally removed. That’s why we confirm specific channels by message instead of printing a list that ages badly.
  2. The TV guide comes from the channel. Your player app shows a program guide (EPG) when a channel supplies guide data. If it’s empty, refreshing the EPG in the app usually fixes it.
  3. Replay depends on the app and channel. Some player apps offer pause, replay or recording on supported channels. We’ll tell you what your app can do before you choose it.
  4. Picture quality varies by source. Most live channels stream in HD, some in 4K. A channel can only look as good as its source, your device and your connection allow.

Before you subscribe

Check your must-have channels in three steps

If one channel or sport is the reason you’re switching, make sure of it first. It takes a couple of minutes and saves everyone a refund.

  1. List your must-haves

Write down the three to five channels, languages or sports your household can’t do without.

  2. Ask us

Send the list on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm what’s currently available — plainly, including anything we don’t carry.

  3. Test it yourself

Use a free trial to watch those channels on your own TV, at the time you normally watch.

Questions

Channel questions

Didn’t find your answer?

Ask us directly — you’ll get a straight answer before you spend anything.

Can I see the full channel list before I subscribe?

Line-ups change often, so we don’t publish a static list that quickly goes out of date. Instead, ask us on WhatsApp or by email about the channels, languages or sports you care about and we’ll confirm what’s available right now.

Do you have channels in my language?

Strong IPTV includes international channels in many languages. Tell us which language you need and we’ll tell you exactly what’s currently available before you pay.

Is there a TV guide (EPG)?

Most player apps show a program guide when the channel supplies guide data. If your guide is empty, refreshing the EPG inside the app usually fixes it — our support page shows how.

Can I pause or record live TV?

That depends on your player app and device rather than the subscription. Some apps offer pause, replay or recording features; we’ll tell you which apps support them on your device.

Why does a channel sometimes stop working?

Live channels come from upstream sources that occasionally change or go offline. If one stops, try another channel to rule out your connection, then message us the channel name so we can look into it.
